Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Area Manager Bali (Golden Lamian) within SEVEN Retail Group located in Denpasar. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple outlets in the Bali region. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing store performance, ensuring compliance with company standards, implementing operational strategies, monitoring sales and profitability, conducting regular audits, and supporting store staff. The role requires strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication with various stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or related field, preferably in a management role
- Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Good knowledge of retail operations and industry trends
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
