Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role as a Client Care Consultant at WeCare Alliance. As a Client Care Consultant, your day-to-day tasks will include providing personalized assistance to clients, helping them find suitable healthcare providers and schedule appointments. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships and connecting them with our network of partners. While the role is mainly located in Johor Bahru, there is flexibility for some remote work.
