Lowongan kerja PT Batam hari ini bagian Yard team leader Dibutuhkan Untuk Posisi : Yard team leader Berikut adalah Kualifikasi dan Deskripsi kerja Yard team leader : Deskripsi Pekerjaan Mission Regulate, control and ensure the implementation of work in yards can run well and smoothly according to established procedures and schedules, to support the activities and smooth production Main Responsibilities Yard Support the achievement of Quality Objective Department Implementing, supervising and ensuring K3L Regulations have been implemented correctly. Activities Regulate, control and ensure the placement of pipes in the field neatly arranged and correctly and as efficiently as possible in accordance with established procedures. Monitor the flow of incoming / outgoing pipe material to CT and issue “Outgoing Letter” if necessary. Preparing for inspection of Third Party inspection at Offline Inspection Bench or a designated place. Organize, supervise the operation and maintenance of heavy equipment to run well and of maximum. Directing and monitoring the implementation of pipe sorting (Green pipe, coupling, plain end, coupling stock) to run properly and achieve the target, and monitor and regulate the implementation of maintenance pipes (OD Blasting / ID Coating) by Sub-Contractors. Preparing weekly activity report Ensure the movement pipe already implement by rigger in the system. Ensure pipe arrangement follow the lay out organized. Arrange manpower to cover production process accordingly Report to HSE for any safety issue during operation. Ensure there is no production delay and shipment late due to yard inconsistence arrangement. Prepare meeting for incoming pipe with planner, direct material control, logistic and related party who in charge of incoming and segregation process. Ensure segregation must be done as well. Attending daily OE, FST or other program which supports company policy Authority & Accountability Coordinate subordinates to complete important work.
