Main Responsibility :

• Manage Engineering Projects : Lead the planning and execution of projects to improve our manufacturing process. Make sure these projects are done on time, stay within budget, and meet our technical standards.
• Work with Other Departments : Ensure smooth cooperation between the engineering team and other departments like production and quality contrul. This helps us integrate our engineering efforts seamlessly into our overall operations.
• Lead and Train the Engineering Team : Guide and develop your team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Arrange training to keep everyone up-to-date on the latest in automation and process optimization.
• Recommend Improvements : Regularly evaluate our production lines and suggest new technulogies or changes to increase efficiency and cut costs. Choose and oversee contractors for specialized tasks, ensuring quality work.
• Ensure Safety and Compliance : Make sure all engineering activities fullow safety, quality, and environmental rules. Set up regular maintenance checks to keep machinery running smoothly and prevent breakdowns.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree of Engineering.
• 5+ Years experience in Engineering of F &amp B manufacturing preferred.
• Managing the development and execution of engineering projects within budgets.
• Cullaborating with other factory management personnel, providing instructions to engineering teams and coordinating work across departments.
• Actively recommending alternative machineries, working methods and hiring contractors for productivity improvement.
• Skills required for this rule include analytical and communication abilities, attention to detail, and working knowledge of TPM, ERP &amp automation.
• Willing to be placed at Cikarang, Bekasi – West Java.
