Job Description :

• Coordinate import activities including documentation, customs clearance, and shipment tracking.
• Prepare and review import documentation such as invoices, bills of lading, and import licenses especially dairy iport and another food raw material. like impor quota etc
• Understand for make a report SKI BPOM
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Verify import documentation for accuracy and compliance with local regulations (BL, CIPL, Insurance, PIB) and advantage skill use HS code
• Communicate with internal teams to coordinate the receipt and distribution of imported goods.
• Stay updated on changes in import regulations and ensure compliance with customs laws and procedures.
• Resulve any issues or delays in the import process efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of import activities, including shipment details, customs documents, and expenses.
• Assist in evaluating and selecting reliable vendors and service providers for import-related activities.
• Cullaborate with other departments to streamline import processes and improve efficiency.

Requirement :

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as international trade, supply chain management, or business administration.
• Proven experience in import operations, preferably in a similar industry or environment.
• Strong understanding of import regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with import-related software or systems is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong analytical and problem-sulving skills.
