This role involves overseeing 3PL warehouse and transportation operations to ensure accurate, on-time, and cost-efficient delivery while maintaining quality and driving warehouse automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities include
- Warehouse Operations: Managing inbound processes (receiving, inspection, documentation, storage), overseeing outbound planning to meet customer delivery commitments, monitoring product availability, and supervising pick-pack-ship activities. Ensuring correct loading, complete documentation, and damage-free execution, along with conducting stock counts and managing discrepancies.
- Automation & Improvement: Leading warehouse automation projects such as MCC Automation, HAI Robotics, and SEER AGV, driving continuous improvement across warehouse operations, and supporting warehouse automation and digital transformation initiatives.

PL Coordination:** Supervising the daily performance of 3PL in warehousing and transportation, ensuring cost, quality, and delivery targets are achieved.
You’re the right fit if you have:
- A Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience in Store/Material Handling (manufacturing).
- Strong expertise in logistics, warehousing, shipping, and distribution, with SAP/ERP proficiency.
- Skills in Lean, Six Sigma, VSM, DMAIC, and continuous improvement practices.
- Proven leadership experience (3–5 years), good communication skills, and abilities in problem-solving and project/change management.
- Knowledge of end-to-end supply chains, import/export processes, and Industry 4.0 automation.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; Lean/Six Sigma certifications (Green/Black Belt) are preferred.
