The core responsibilities of this role include:

Planning the development for Beauty Promotors to enhance their skillsets in conducting promotional activities.
Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders such as KOLs, MUAs, organizations, and local government.
Executing in-store activities in collaboration with the Activation team.
Planning and executing promotional activities with Beauty Promotors.
Developing and arranging activation and demand creation programs tailored to specific brand strategies.
Collaborating with cross-divisional teams within and outside the Commercial Directorate for all activation and demand creation initiatives.
Acting as a liaison between field teams and other Head Office functions (e.g., Brand Channel, Marketing, Public Relation).
Monitoring and evaluating all demand creation activities conducted in Distribution Centers (DC) and their respective areas.
Innovating new activation & demand creation ideas for designated brands.
Developing guidelines for program implementation within Distribution Centers (DC).
Assisting DC and area teams in executing demand creation programs.

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a related field.
Possess 2–3 years of relevant experience in activation management, brand activation, or digital activation.
Demonstrated ability to develop creative concepts and implementation guidelines.
Strong capabilities in cross-functional coordination and communication, especially with area/field teams.
Basic analytical skills to assess program effectiveness and formulate recommendations.
Proficient presentation and reporting skills.
Willingness to be placed in the Sumatera region, including cities like Palembang, Pekanbaru, and other locations across Sumatera.
