Branch Manager Batam – PT Tempo Scan Pacific Tbk (Batam)
PT Tempo Scan Pacific Tbk is seeking a Branch Manager for its operations in Batam, Kepulauan Riau.
The primary responsibility of the Branch Manager is to oversee and ensure the efficient and effective execution of all operational activities, including sales, receivables, warehouse management, and delivery, in strict adherence to company policies and regulations.
Key responsibilities include
- Developing and supervising the implementation of sales plans, activities, and programs.
- Managing the day-to-day activities of the sales team to align with the organization’s overall sales strategy for the assigned area.
- Analyzing sales data, evaluating performance, and developing plans to address any gaps.
- Achieving distribution width by expanding into new geographies and increasing depth within current markets.
- Identifying channel opportunities and taking proactive steps to drive growth.
- Supervising warehouse conditions and inventory levels.
- Ensuring timely delivery of goods according to targets.
- Coaching, mentoring, and providing feedback to team members.
Required qualifications for this position are
- A Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Branch Manager, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Strong critical thinking skills and proficiency in analytics.
- Computer literacy with excellent presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- A self-motivated, target-oriented individual with good analytical skills.
