Copywriter – SPIRAL SFS Group Indonesia (Surabaya)
Job Descriptions
- Develop copy ideas and angles for ads (Meta, TikTok, Google), with multiple variations for A/B testing
- Build and maintain our brand tone of voice across all channels
- Write chat scripts for the sales/CS team: opening, handling objections, follow-up, and closing
- Write product copy: descriptions, USPs, sales pages, and promo materials
- Research audiences, competitors, and customer feedback to find strong insights
Qualifications
- 1–3 years or more of experience as a copywriter
- Sharp, natural writing in Bahasa Indonesia; functional English
- Understanding of copywriting frameworks (AIDA, PAS) and sales funnels
- Open to feedback and comfortable working with deadlines
Nice to have
- Experience writing sales scripts or chat copy
- Familiarity with ad metrics (CTR, CVR)
- Experienced in startup or D2C company
