Cost Controller dibutuhkan oleh L'Oreal untuk wilayah Bekasi.
L’Oréal is looking for a Cost Controller to join their team in Bekasi, Jawa Barat.
This role involves strengthening the plant’s financial performance through comprehensive cost analysis, detailed production and shipment reporting, diligent inventory monitoring, and crucial SAP controlling support, all while collaborating closely with various plant teams to deliver reliable insights.
The responsibilities include
- Managing PRI and production reporting, including verifying master data in SAP, calculating PRI for budget periods and new launches, and maintaining PRI sheets.
- Reporting on production and shipments by tracking units, calculating Production Value, Direct Cost, and Gross Absorption for budget and forecast periods.
- Monitoring direct cost variances for materials, substitutions, inventory, and MOS hours.
- Reporting and forecasting CNQ losses and sharing monthly reports with the UP department.
- Monitoring inventory and SLOB, reporting monthly figures, and preparing forecasts.
- Reporting headcount and available hours, reconciling data with HR.
- Acting as the SAP Key User for the Controller team, addressing controlling-related issues, and supporting system operations.
- Preparing closing, budget, and trend reports in Magnitude, GRAAL, and Compass.
- Supporting Fire Fighter activities by updating specific factors and cancelling GR transactions.
The ideal candidate will have
- A Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in cost accounting.
