About the Role

Flora Food Group is seeking an Export Manager to join their team in Tangerang, Banten. This is a permanent, on-site position focused on expanding the company’s international reach.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal teams to manage export registration, documentation, certification, and financial calculations.
• Manage commercial relationships with domestic and international buyers, negotiating terms to meet volume, margin, and delivery targets.
• Own account management for export buyers, setting clear targets and timelines for sales growth.
• Ensure compliance with export regulations and acceptance documentation for destination countries.
• Collaborate closely with finance, supply chain, and factory teams to align export operations with production and financial goals.

Performance & Care

You will be responsible for delivering export container volumes and margin targets that increase factory efficiency and contribute to business growth. Success will be measured by the number of containers delivered and the profitability of export sales, supported by a data-driven approach and proactive problem-solving. This role reports to the Head of Food Service and involves building strong partnerships across various functions to ensure sustainable and accountable export processes.

Passion & About You

We are looking for someone passionate about food and its global journey, with a curiosity for international markets and export regulations. You should have experience managing export business development, ideally in FMCG or manufacturing, with a strong understanding of export regulations and documentation. A self-driven, fast-learning attitude, the ability to influence cross-functional teams, and a desire to expand Flora Food Group’s presence in Asia Pacific are essential. An interest in food culture, consumer behavior, and future food trends is also valued.
