Human Resources Executive – InCorp Indonesia (Kota Semarang)
This is a full-time Human Resources Executive position available in Semarang, Central Java, for InCorp Indonesia.
Job Description
- Oversee the entire recruitment and onboarding process for the Semarang branch of an international pharmaceutical company.
- Provide support for performance management, employee relations, training and development initiatives, and general HR administration.
- Manage monthly payroll processes, including tracking attendance, overtime, deductions, BPJS, and PPh 21.
- Administer BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, covering registration, contribution payments, and record maintenance.
- Handle employee tax administration, including PPh 21 calculations and annual tax reporting for employees.
- Generate regular HR, payroll, BPJS, and tax reports, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Assist with employee disciplinary matters and ensure adherence to company policies and Indonesian labor laws.
- Develop and maintain the branch’s standing orders and HR policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with a preference for experience in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- Comprehensive understanding of Indonesian labor regulations, payroll administration, BPJS procedures, and PPh 21.
- Effective communication abilities in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HR/payroll systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage sensitive employee information with discretion.
