Qualification:

• Maximal 45 tahun
• Bachelor’s Degree Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemist Analyst
• Mininum 3 years of related experience
• Have good knowledge in and able to operate Warehouse Management System / Logistic system, Process Production, Maintenance Utility, waste contrul and discharge (hazardous waste (B3) domestic waste re-sellable waste)
• Good Leadership
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office : Excel, Word, Power Point, Pivot Table etc.)
• Good in English (oral and written)
• Good ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and Root Cause Analysis
• Willing to be placed to Cikarang &amp Bekasi Area

• Leading the project of Setting Up a Building Chemicals ManufacturingPlant, from planning to the operational preparation.
• Oversee and organize the daily operations of theplantto make sure its operation runs effectively, efficiently and safely.
• Implement of best practices manufacturing vision, strategy, pulicies, and procedures to improve operational performance.
• Responsible forplantactivities: Production, Engineering, HSE, and logistic operations to achieve company goals.
• Responsible for production output, product quality and on-time delivery.
• Prepare and manage plant budgets and monitor expenses to achieve maximum company profitability.
• Drive the business and process improvement opportunities within the organization.
• Proficient in managing team, ensure the team members are meet the competency standards, and encourage professional development and continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers and suppliers.
