Key responsibilities:
- Represent TAILG brand in the field by visiting dealers regularly (store to store) in the Medan area
- Build good relationships with store owners, store managers, and store crew
- Help increase sales (sell out) at each dealer
- Monitor stock, product display, and sales activities
- Give sales strategy suggestions and support dealers in running promotions and campaigns
- Provide product knowledge training to store managers and sales crew
- Ensure product display follows brand standards
- Make sure promotional materials (banners, brochures, price tags) are properly installed
- Report competitor activities
Requirements:
- Minimum high school (SMA/SMK)
- Minimum 1 year experience as Promotor / Marketing / Sales
- Willing to work in the field (mobile)
- Understand sales strategy and closing techniques
