Mövenpick Surabaya City, part of Accor, is seeking a Sous Chef in Surabaya, Jawa Timur.
As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for supervising all kitchen staff, facilities, and costs to maximize profit for the Food & Beverage department. This includes ensuring the highest quality in food production, preparation, and presentation, as well as conducting regular inspections of food preparation areas.
