- LINKID is supporting PT Puri Global Sukses Tbk (PGS), a property development company in Batam, in their search for sales and marketing professionals. This role involves supporting property marketing, developing prospects, and managing customer relationships. The selected specialist will work on agreed projects and sales priorities with PGS, with LINKID facilitating the recruitment and professional development.
This freelance role requires you to attract potential buyers, commercial tenants, and business partners for assigned PGS property projects. Your tasks will include identifying prospects, understanding their needs, presenting property options, arranging site visits, and handling inquiries.
The key responsibilities include
- Identifying potential buyers, tenants, and business partners for assigned property projects.
- Understanding prospects’ requirements regarding property use, location, budget, and timeline.
- Presenting accurate project information using approved materials and commercial terms from PGS.
- Generating enquiries through professional networking, LinkedIn, referrals, and agreed marketing channels.
- Coordinating property presentations, site visits, and follow-up discussions with the PGS team.
- Supporting promotional content, property campaigns, and marketing events.
- Maintaining accurate records of prospects, enquiries, appointments, and sales progress.
- Supporting proposal preparation and negotiations within the authority granted by PGS.
- Working towards agreed sales and marketing targets and providing regular progress updates.
Qualifications required for this role are
- Experience in sales, marketing, business development, or customer relationship management.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and explain property options clearly.
- Comfort using LinkedIn, digital communication tools, and spreadsheets or a CRM.
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage a pipeline independently.
- Based in Batam and available for scheduled site visits and meetings.
A preferred background would include
- Residential or commercial property sales.
- Commercial leasing or tenant acquisition.
- B2B sales, corporate accounts, or partnership development.
- Digital marketing and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Familiarity with the Batam property market and local business community.
This is a freelance engagement with a mutually agreed part-time schedule. The engagement agreement and compensation will be administered by PGS. Assigned projects, working arrangements, targets, and reporting responsibilities will be agreed upon before the engagement begins. Compensation details are to be confirmed. Any required travel, marketing expenses, and reimbursements will be agreed in advance.
