Timedoor is seeking a Business Development Associate to join their team in Denpasar, Bali. This is a full-time, on-site position within the IT Services and IT Consulting industry.
Responsibilities include
- Conducting market research and analyzing industry trends to identify business opportunities and growth strategies.
- Developing, implementing, and evaluating business initiatives and pilot projects to improve branch performance.
- Monitoring branch performance, identifying challenges, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
- Coordinating the implementation of partnership agreements and supporting branch operations.
- Preparing and analyzing business performance reports, including sales, royalties, and inventory, to provide actionable insights.
- Presenting recommendations during business review meetings and acting as the liaison between HQ and branches.
Requirements for this role are

- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for business strategy, market research, and business growth.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
- Willingness to undergo a 3-month Management Trainee Program.
- Willingness to travel for business needs.
- Willingness to work at their Headquarters in Bali.
