Job Description
- Manage Endpoint Security, including patching, antivirus, encryption, DLP, and device control.
- Maintain the security compliance of all operations.
- Create a monthly report for the customer.
- Create and submit material sales data for customers.
- Communicate with superiors to investigate and solve irregular conditions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Security Operations, Endpoint Security, Security Administration, or related roles.
- Experience working with customers and preparing operational or security reports.
- Strong knowledge of Endpoint Security technologies, including Antivirus / Endpoint Protection, EDR (Endpoint Detection & Response), Disk Encryption, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Device Control, and Patch Management.
- Experience administering endpoint security solutions such as Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, CrowdStrike, Symantec, Trend Micro, McAfee, Sophos, or equivalent platforms.
- Good understanding of Windows endpoint administration and troubleshooting.
