This role is a full-time, on-site position responsible for monitoring and advising on international regulatory requirements impacting agrochemical technologies, with a particular emphasis on digital systems, data flows, and cross-border operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assessing compliance risks associated with technology usage.
• Reviewing contracts and technical documentation to ensure adherence to relevant regulations.
• Coordinating with internal teams to implement compliant processes.
• Collaborating with legal, IT, operations, and quality assurance stakeholders to align technology solutions, data management practices, and cross-border transactions with global standards and local requirements.
• Preparing compliance reports and supporting audits.
• Training staff on regulatory updates.
• Recommending improvements to policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in regulatory or compliance advisory work, preferably related to technology, data protection, or cross-border transactions.
• Strong understanding of international regulations affecting chemical or agrochemical industries, including environmental, safety, and trade compliance frameworks.
• Ability to analyze technical documents, contracts, and policies and translate regulatory requirements into clear operational guidance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Chemical Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced qualifications or certifications in compliance or risk management are an advantage.
• Proficiency in using digital tools for documentation, reporting, and data analysis; familiarity with compliance management or governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) systems is beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in agrochemicals, industrial chemicals, or a related sector is an advantage, along with knowledge of research and quality assurance processes.
