• Accountant Officier

Wine Adore, a dynamic and rapidly expanding tech startup revolutionizing the wine industry, is seeking a talented and versatile Accountant to join our team. As we embark on an ambitious growth plan, including expanding our team 20x and operating across Singapore, Indonesia, and the United States, we need a strategic financial leader with strong accounting expertise to drive our financial operations to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant regulations. Generate insights to guide decision-making and optimize financial performance.
• Forecasting and Budgeting: Develop financial forecasts and budgets aligned with the company’s growth objectives. Monitor performance against targets and adjust strategies as necessary.
• Investor Relations Support: Assist the CEO in creating financial presentations for investment rounds, showcasing the company’s financial health, growth potential, and value proposition to investors.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance and support in executing day-to-day financial operations effectively.
• Strategic Financial Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, implementing controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Proven experience as an accountant in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with exposure to CFO-level responsibilities.
• Strong proficiency in financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of driving financial performance and contributing to business growth.
• Experience in investor relations and fundraising activities is a plus.
• Ability to work from our office in Ungasan, Bali, with occasional international travel required.
