Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a prominent Industrial Estate company in Indonesia. To support its ongoing expansion initiatives, our client is in search of a qualified professional to fill the position of Finance & Investment Executive. This role holds the rank of Assistant Manager or Junior Manager and will be based in Cikarang, Indonesia.

Dibutuhkan Untuk Posisi :

• Finance and Investment Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly report to the Head of Finance & Portfolio Management.
• Take charge of investment, loan, portfolio management, and treasury functions, ensuring optimal financial outcomes.
• Conduct in-depth financial analyses to support decision-making processes.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to assess investment opportunities and mitigate financial risks.
• Planning and budgeting, develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecast Integrated financial planning
• Management and performance reporting, present the monthly and quarterly financial reports of various units in depts Forecasting and modelling

Job Requirements:

• Holds a minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking & Finance, or a related field.
• Possesses a minimum of 3 years of experience in investment, loan management, portfolio management, or treasury roles within a reputable organization.
• Proficiency fluent in English, written & verbally, Microsoft Excel & ERP / SAP system
• Demonstrates proficiency in financial analysis, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with international stakeholders.
• Exhibits strong analytical skills and a proven ability to manage time efficiently, meeting deadlines consistently.
• Willingness to be stationed in Cikarang, Indonesia, to fulfill job requirements effectively
