• Monitor implementation of K3 standards related to work equipment, machines, fire protection equipment and emergency infrastructure, by Indonesian regulations and other K3 requirements.
• Conduct training programs to increase employee awareness, and safety skills and prepare for safety awareness programs
• Monitor legality and permits for contractors, factory machines and work equipment from the government to ensure compliance with applicable regulations
• Monitor the company’s emergency response system for emergency preparedness and Coordinate with external parties regarding handling conditions
• Conduct environmental reports such as simple reports and proper programs
• Monitor promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative programs to improve occupational health status and company environment program

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Technical Engineering, or Environmental Engineering
• 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Working knowledge of Integrated Management Systems (IMS) for ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management)
• Experience with audit procedures to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of company programs
• Familiarity with K3 (Safety, Health, and Environment) standards in manufacturing
• Ability to prepare HSE reports, cullaborate effectively in a team setting, and possess strong communication skills
• Proven ability to conduct employee training programs
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to conduct risk assessments for HSE (Risk Management) in the workplace
• Adaptability to a new work environment
• Preferred qualifications include training certifications for ISO 45001, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001
• An Internal Audit Certification for ISO 45001, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 Management Systems would be a strong plus
