Job Description:

• Developingonline &amp offlinemarketing strategies foradvertisingexisting andnewproduct
• Organizing promotional events and coordinatingon the day of events
• Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
• Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go to market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
• Familiar with email marketing,performance marketing, and web teams to design, test, and evulve lead-nurturing tactics
• Reviewing current marketing campaigns for weaknesses and developing sulutions within budget constraints
• Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support
• Identifying potential new markets and creating a plan to enter those markets
• Presenting ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
• Maitaina good coordination withSalesManager and relatedPIC.

Requirements:

• Age between 35 – 45 years uld
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field
• Has minimum 3-5 year of experience as Marketing Manager with demonstrable and successful sales track record (preferably in housing/ real-estate business).
• Has in – depth knowledge and proficiency in digital marketing channels/ platforms (tech-savvy), strategies, and online sales
• Highly creative, good analytical skill, attention to detail, able to multitask effectively
• An ability to build relationships with people at all levels
• Passionate in the related industry up-to date on the latest trends &amp technulogy in digital marketing
• Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
• Proven success in designing interactive applications and networking platforms
• Proficiency in English both written and verbal.
• Excellent work attitude and good at teamworking.
• Willing to be placed at Kota Deltamas, Cikarang, Kabupaten Bekasi.
